Clive, the manager is a Crawley CC road-racer very keen to ensure the Eastbourne Clarion Meet

PROGRAM OF EVENTS

Friday 2nd April

5pm on Meet at Headquarters - The Cumberland Hotel, for drinks and gathering. Registration and collect meet ribbon.
6.30-8.00pm Dinner: 3 courses; sit down any time between 6.30 and 8.00pm.
Choose Option 1 on Booking Sheet.

Saturday 3rd April

10-12pm Annual conference at The Cumberland Hotel.
12.30pm Sandwich lunch if required. Order before Conference start.
1.00pm Road ride (hilly 35 miles via Beachy Head cliffs) OR
Off-road cliff top ride. (MTBs can be supplied if requested)
Tea-stop on both rides.
7.30-11.30pm Evening entertainment: DISCO; Get down and Boogie! Dress to Excess!
3 Course Buffet served at 8.00pm.

Sunday 4th April

6.00am (Light) breakfast available for competitors
8.00am 2-up 24mile Team Time-Trial (ESCA open event; in CTT Handbook.
Entries by 23 March to G Hills, Delaware, Beresford Road, Goudhurst, Kent TN17 1DN. Qualifying event for the Kenneth Humphries Trophy

9.30am Club ride (44 miles) starts at Hotel, with 11s and lunch stop OR
11.15am Leisure Ride (25 mile flat), Cuckoo Trail, lunch, Pevensey Castle.
4.30pm Easter Meet Group Photo Seafront opposite Hotel. New Jerseys!
7.00-11.30pm ANNUAL DINNER AND PRIZE PRESENTATION
