groups are run each Sunday, (A,B & C). A Ride - Hard Group Training (18mph plus) You may need to navigate your own way home if you cannot keep up. B Ride - Club Run format 15mph average. No rider will be left behind on the B run. C Ride - Social Pace (30 - 40 miles) *Note C Run starts later and often from different start points to A & B rides. |
